How do I order products online?
Hisense Shop has been designed in such a way, that navigation is user-friendly and you will be taken through the steps during your visit. You can shop by the region you chose and by the retailer you chose, this giving you peace of mind that you will always have the back up from your local retailer. You can shop in three ways; by brand, by product, or by category. Use the “Add to cart” button (on the product page) once you are happy with the item(s).
Once the item(s) is in your basket: Click on the “Checkout” link in the upper right corner. Fill in all your necessary contact and delivery details. Select your payment method, and if “Credit Card” is selected you will now be forwarded to a secure page where you may safely and securely submit your card details. Alternatively if you elect to pay via other methods such as Bank Transfer, simply follow the instructions. Once your details have been submitted, you will return to the website and the order will be processed. You will receive a confirmation email of the order and will be notified once your package is on its way.

Why does my microwave have no power?
Check that the wall switch is on try to plug the microwave in a different socket if the microwave is plugged into an extension lead try to plug microwave directly into the wall socket or test other appliances in the same extension lead.

Should you overfill the freezer?
You must not fill the freezer to the top. You must leave at least 50cm.
How to defrost a freezer?
You turn off the freezer and take out all the food and then leave it to defrost on its own.
What is multi-mode function?
